   At the time of inspection, the file for staff member #1 did not contain an evaluation from an accredited credentialing evaluator indicating the educational equivalence of the individual's foreign degree and/or foreign diploma to the U.S Department of Education standards, necessary to verify educational qualifications. Requirement: An assistant group supervisor shall have a high school diploma or a general educational development certificate and 2 years experience with children. A facility person's record shall include verification of child care experience, education and training prior to service at the facility. Correction: Staff member #1 will obtain an evaluation for the foreign degree/diploma from an accredited credentialing evaluator reflecting the educational equivalence to U.S Department of Education standards. The director will assist staff member #1 with the credential evaluation process, required for a staffer with educational qualifications from outside of the U.S. Inspection: Renewal.
