Conditions at the facility may not pose a threat to the health or safety of the children. Correction: I will add additional information regarding child maltreatment: specifically, that all staff are mandated reporters and as such they have been trained to identify and recognize signs of maltreatment. All staff are required to report any suspected child abuse or maltreatment to Childline and/or the police, Child & Youth Services, Office of Children, Youth, & Families.
