Certification rep observed floor cracked and unstable, with a small hole in the rear back door floor. Correction: As the owner/operator of my family based childcare home, I will make sure that from now on all flooring, walling, and that the stove and stove top area of the kitchen itself are kept clean after each and every single use throughout each day of the week itself.
