During the unannounced monitoring inspection conducted on 4/25/2025 observed staff person #1's pediatric first aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training expired on 1/2025. Requirement: Competence is the completion of training by a professional in the field of first-aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). All staff persons shall renew their certification in pediatric first aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on or before the expiration of the most current certification. Correction: One week after the unannounced visit, MIss Greisa was registered for and completed the CPR and First Aid Course on May 6, 2025.
