In the main room, there were four fabric climbers with multiple areas that had small pieces of fabric coming apart that were less than 1 inch in diameter and were accessible to the infants receiving care in the room who are still placing objects in their mouths. Requirement: Toys and objects with a diameter of less than 1 inch, objects with removable parts that have a diameter of less than 1 inch, plastic bags and styrofoam objects may not be accessible to children who are still placing objects in their mouths.
