During the renewal inspection conducted on 07/22/25, the Certification Representative reviewed Staff #1's content of records. It was noted that Staff #1's records are missing documentation of pediatric first aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training completed within 90 days of hire. Requirement: Staff persons shall complete professional development in pediatric first aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation within 90 days of hire.
