It was observed that NSOR clearances for Staff #2 and #3 expired on 11/7/19 and were not renewed until 2/7/25. The staff members reportedly worked in a child care role during the time the clearances were expired. Requirement: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the disclosure statement and a copy of the completed clearance information required under the CPSL. Staff who do not have current clearances may not work in a child care position at the facility.
