At the time of inspection, the facility's Shaken Baby Syndrome Policy did not address Abusive Head Trauma or Child Maltreatment signs, symptoms and strategies for coping with crying, fussy infant and children. Toxics shall be kept in a locked area or in an area inaccessible to children, and shall be stored away from food, food preparation areas and child care spaces.
