There was a toy block that had metallic peeling paint on one side. There was no lidded trash can in the classroom where the Certification Representative observed staff throwing away unfinished food from lunch along with banana peels and unfinished bananas. The file for Staff person #1 includes FBI clearances dated 1.14.21 and 3.26.26, more than 60 months apart.
