During the renewal inspection on 5/7/26, the provider had Clorox Wipes in the childcare space that was accessible to the children. Requirement: Cleaning materials and other toxic materials shall be stored in an original labeled container or in a container that specifies the content. Toxics shall be kept in a locked area or in an area inaccessible to children, and shall be stored away from food, food preparation areas and child care spaces. Correction: I plan on locking away the clorox wipes and store them in kitchen cabinet which is locked up until I need them for changing diapers and then I will lock them back up again after changing diapers. Requirement: A first-aid kit must contain the following: soap, an assortment of adhesive bandages, sterile gauze pads, tweezers, tape, scissors and disposable, nonporous gloves. Correction: I put tape in the first aid kit on 5/9/25 and will keep a copy of the list of items that need to be kept in first aid kit so that going forward I will always maintain the seven items that are required to be in my first aid kit.
