    During a renewal inspection conducted on 5/21/26, Staff person # 1 was working in the infant room with 3 infants asleep in the cribs. The 3 cribs did not have 2 feet of space on the three sides. Requirement: At least 2 feet of space is required on three sides of a bed, cot, crib or other rest equipment while the equipment is in use. Correction: Crib positioning was corrected. Copy of regulations for spacing of sleep equipment in room, along with new crib schematic. 55 PA code, Chapter 3270 regulations for childcare centers in Spanish provided to staff member.     This was a complaint investigation into the child being allowed to sleep in a Boppy pillow instead of the age-appropriate rest equipment. The staff person verified that the child fell asleep on the pillow and was not moved to the crib. Requirement: Individual, clean, age-appropriate rest equipment shall be provided for preschool, toddler and infant children as agreed between the child's parent and the operator. The rest equipment shall be labeled for the use of a specific child and used only by the specified child. Correction: At the time of the complaint, safe sleep practices were reviewed with infant staff. The supervising infant teacher completed additional training, " safe sleep - sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS)" on 2/17/2026. Inspection: Complaints- Legal Location.     During a renewal inspection conducted on 5/12/2025, Certification Representative observed that the Little Lambs classroom was in the outdoor play space without the emergency contact information being present. Requirement: When children are in the facility, emergency contact information shall be present in a child care space for children receiving care in the space. Correction: A new copy of the emergency contact information for the Little Lambs classroom was provided to the teacher and placed in the attendance book. Teachers are expected to carry the attendance book, including emergency contact information for the children in their care with them throughout the building. Additionally, a second copy of emergency contact information for children enrolled in the entire school was placed inside the first aid kit on the playground, allowing teachers to access the information in the event that they forget to bring the attendance book.
