A renewal inspection was conducted at the facility on June 2, 2026, at that time the facility's fire drill log was reviewed and found that all fire drills in the past year have been conducted in the morning. Requirement: The Director or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter ensure fire drills are conducted at different times of the day or night, or both, if applicable. Toddler/preschool: updated health report every 12 months (3270.131(b)(2))

A renewal inspection was conducted at the facility on June 2, 2026, at that time a review of child files was conducted and found that child #1, a preschool aged child, last health assessment on file was 12/6/24 and child #2, a preschool aged child, last health assessment on file was 1/31/25. Requirement: The operator shall require the parent to provide an updated health report at least every 12 months for an older toddler or preschool child.
