One infant observed asleep on tummy time pad. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: This was corrected when the staff member picked up the sleeping infant & held them. Program Director stated the two teachers in this class will take another SIDS class. Program Director will also be having a discussion with the staff & review Safe Sleep policy. Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent

Licensing observed a staff member employed longer than 90 calendar days that does not have ELCCT training. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Director will have the employee locate the ELCCT training. If the ELCCT training has not been completed, Director will have the employee complete the ELCCT training.
