Personnel had a break in employment and personnel has been working without a criminal history review request submitted to the Office of Background Investigations. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Main office is closed today. Personnel is schedule to work on Monday. Director will have personnel submit her own background request to OBI.
