Family communication and community resources: Parent did not receive injury report at the time of pick up and day the injury occurred. Complaint finding: Substantiated (complaint #19957). Plan to correct: When there is an incident report written, teachers will post a note to the child’s daily report as notification of alert the parent of the incident report. This way they are made aware of the incident when it happens instead of waiting until they pick up their child. Teacher have a designated spot in each room to place incident reports as well.
