Licensing observed one staff employed over 90 days who does not have FA/CPR or ELCCT training. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Program reported that they will enroll the staff in the 5/11/26 FA/CPR training through the Chickasaw Nation and also get her enrolled in ELCCT training. Licensing observed one staff employed on 12/1/23 to not have a current PDL. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Ms. Wells reported that the staff is working on their training. Inappropriate Discipline- personnel threated to take children's blankets away. Complaint finding: Substantiated (complaint #18063). Plan to correct: 1. The teacher involved has already been terminated for another incident. 2. We will let every employee know that they cannot threaten to take blankets or anything else from a child. We will show them how to properly tell a child what they want without using threats. 3. We will also be looking for additional training for this complaint.
