Diaper changing area in infants, ones & two's classroom had children's cups sitting on diaper changing area. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Typed for staff in charge. Director will speak with teacher regarding placing items on the changing table area. Will also be having staff meeting next week and will be reviewing licensing requirements. Fire inspection has not been conducted in the last two years. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Typed for director: Ms. Williamson stated that the church is in the process of correcting the items that the fire marshal found at the inspection in January. Ms. Williamson stated that she plans to have the fire marshal back this week to inspect the sprinkler system.
