Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder

Two staff (SC and RT) do not have current PDL as it has expired. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Both staff have completed training and have reapplied for their PDL. Ms. Carlton has a book with PDL's and expiration dates. She will also maintain expiration dates on calendar. Staff will obtain training in advance and will apply prior to PDL's expiring. Children's attendance

CCL observed attendance records were not current, to include the departure times. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Assistant Director reports she will have a meeting with the Director to start signing children in and out of the program at the separate classrooms. Assistant Director reports she will be the individual accountable for ensuring all children are signed in and out accordingly, ensuring attendance records are current at all times. Observed two staff KH and AG with expired PDL. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Owner/Director will mark the calendar 45 days prior to PDL expiration date to remind staff to reapply for PDL. Owner/Director will monitor to ensure all training is completed 45 days prior to expiration date.
