Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder

One staff member employed more than 12 months has an expired PDL. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: The expired PDL was applied for on 10/1/25 and there are enough training hours to renew the PDL. Program director will review PDL due dates and make sure all staff apply a at least 30 days in advance. Program director is putting the due dates in her calendar to better keep up with staff PDL's. CPR and first aid

Four staff members employed more than 90 days have a CPR/1st Aid certificate that has expired. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: The program has a CPR/1st Aid class scheduled for 9/18/25. The program will schedule CPR trainings one month in advance before the expiration to ensure they have a buffer period in case a staff member misses their scheduled CPR course before it comes due. Fire approval

A fire inspection report was unable to be viewed. The inspection has been complete, however the report has not been sent to the program. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: A Fire Inspection has been completed, however the report has not been provided to the Program Director at this time. Program Director will send a copy of the fire inspection once she receives it.
