Supervision

On 7/8/25 a child was left unattended for 2 minutes on the playground in the rain. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Provider advised she will be going out to the playground with the rooms as well make sure Teachers are doing name to face when leaving an area. Provider understands requirements when Supervising. Provider will be providing a training for teachers and will have conversations with the teachers.
