Rest time-Infant safe sleep environment- Infant observed in crib with fluffy blanket and a bottle. Burp rags on sides of crib. Complaint finding: Substantiated (complaint #18188). Plan to correct: Typed for director. Infant rest time requirements were printed for infant teacher and gone over and discussed with infant teacher. Administration with monitor rest time more frequently in the infant classroom to ensure all infant rest time requirements are being met. Will require infant teacher to retake safe sleep training.
