Licensing was unable verify two teaching personnel completed CPR/FA within 90 days. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Personnel in charge stated the DIrector's office is locked and she does not have access to personnel files. Personnel in charge believes CPR/FA was completed in March for both employees. Personnel in charge will have Director email Licensing a copy of CPR/FA cards upon her return.
