Inappropriate sleep environment
In the box for non-compliance enter: Licensing observed a blanket in the crib with an 11 month old infant in Room 2. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Licensing had Director remove the blanket immediately once observed. Quality Assurance will send out Safe Sleep training for staff and will make signs for classrooms regarding safe sleep. In the future the program will maintain licensing requirements.
