On 12/27/2024 visit, it was documented that there was three teaching staff with expired PDL. There is still two of the same staff with expired PDL and is being documented a second time. There is also other staff hired within a year that does not have a PDL Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: typed for provider: Provider will get in contact with CECPD to get staff current on PDL's and understands they are required to keep PDL's current and all staff hired within a year must have a current PDL.
