    Diapering and Toileting- Personnel were not checking and changing pull-ups when wet or soiled. Complaint finding: Substantiated (complaint #18795). Plan to correct: NTC received at visit: Ms. Gregory stated the teacher that was not following diaper changing policies was released from duties on 4/15/25 due to failure to comply with multiple corrective action regarding diapering policy. Ms. Gregory stated that in the future Kim Self will retrain staff in all diapering classrooms by 5/02/25. Ms. Self and Skylar will spot check children in diapering classrooms throughout the day to ensure diapers are being checked every hour and changed every 2 hours as needed.
