   Supervision ( Serious non-compliance): Child was left unsupervised on the playground. Complaint finding: Substantiated (complaint #18314). Plan to correct: immediately a supervision plan was put into place for both staff members responsible. The supervision plan is that anytime the staff involved are transitioning to or from the class, gym, or outside, admin staff must count kids to verify accuracy. Each staff involved was written up with a conference to discuss supervision. Write up was placed in their files and Each staff member involved was required to take "supervision: counting children" by December 16th. Documentation is in their files.
