    Equipment inventory

    A noncompliance was documented due to program not updating the annual equipment inventory check list. CCL was unable to update the equipment inventory completion date due the program not documenting or completing the form before the due date of 2025-2026. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: CCL consulted and explained the requirements and time line regarding equipment inventory and physical environment checklist expectations. The new director and program understands annual documentation is required per policy and will continue to update the annual form.
