Plan to correct: One personnel PDL was submitted on 3/27/26 and has 72 hours. Director will have personnel email CECPD to inquire about hours for PDL renewal. Director had other 2 personnel submit PDL during visit. Licensing viewed 2 personnel PDL's were submitted today, 3/31/26. Director stated that a calendar reminder will be placed on her calendar, the education managers calendar, and personnel calendar for 60 days before each personnel's PDL expires.
