Plan to correct: To reinforce safe sleep practices, swings have been removed from the infant room. Individual staff meetings have already covered safe sleep guidelines. We will be reviewing these guidelines again at the staff meeting on August 13th. All staff will also complete a safe sleep refresher course beginning with those who work in the infant room and all others throughout the year.
