Observed gap large enough for a small child to fit through. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Until the fence is repaired staff will stand by the gap in the fence to ensure that the children do not get out. Provider will have the fence repaired by her brother who will fill the gap by using chicken wire. In the future provider will use chicken wire to repair any future gaps.
