Plan to correct: Provider will ensure all staff are registered and have active PDL's within 30 days and will ensure all staff are registered accounts and maintained at all times. Safe-sleep training

Licensing observed the primary caregiver to not have DHS approved safe sleep training while caring for infants. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Provider is going to complete the CECPD approved safe sleep training prior to accepting infant back into care. Animals and household pets

Licensing observed two dogs running freely in the children play area while some children were napping on cots and other children were sitting at table eating their snack Visit: Periodic / Full.
