Continuing professional development effective June 1, 2023.
Licensing observed primary care giver does not have current PDL of Level 1 or higher on OPDR. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Primary caregiver has turned in hours to the OPDR and has completed 13 hours, however she now knows she has to resubmit her application and will resubmit today. PCG now realizes she has to apply every year for her PDL, she did not know this. If she would have know she would have already registered again. PCG will mark her calendar and put on her phone reminders of the due date for submitting her PDL. Source: OKDHS Child Care Locator program record.
