Health and safety training

One caregivers didn't have current annual infection training. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Licensing typing for Primary Caregiver. I will have my sub take the training before she works with children and send to licensing. fencing on east side of playground has a missing picket and broken pickets fencing on west side pf playground has nails protruding through the wood Visit: Periodic / Full.
