Caregiver requirements

PC Kortney Gallant has an expired PDL as of 01/07/2026. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Caregiver will obtain the required number of clock hours and submit training certificates to CECPD. She will submit training certificates and reapply for current PDL. Kortney will set a reminder to apply for a PDL timely in the future so that she maintains a current PDL at all times. Maintenance

Maintenance

Roaches were present in the facility and facility has a foul odor Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Ms. Gallant called an exterminator while worker was present to schedule to have the program sprayed. She was scheduled for Friday 2/14/25. Ms. Gallant will regularly have an exterminator spray the program for roaches and pests. Ms. Gallant will keep the program clean and free from foul odors. Hazards

Purse with medicine in it sitting by the chair in the daycare area on the floor which is accessible to children. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Corrected during visit-Ms Gallant removed the purse & made it inaccessible to children. Ms. Gallant will keep any medication inaccessible to children at all times.
