One caregiver

observed 1 caregiver with 11 children ages 3 and younger Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: typed for provider: Primary caregiver had to get more milk but returned back promptly. Capacity

When licensing arrived, there was 13 children present and program's capacity is 12. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: typed for provider: During visit, one child was picked up by mom making provider in capacity. Provider understands she cannot care for more than 12 children at one time. One caregiver

When licensing arrived there was 12 children with one caregiver and all children were under the age of 5. Visit: Follow Up / Full. Plan to correct: typed for provider: During visit, five children were picked up to make caregiver in ratio. Provider understands that only personnel with completed background results can count in ratio and volunteers cannot count in ratio. To prevent this in the future, provider will be have all volunteers get fingerprinted and background submitted and provider will not have volunteers on site until backrground is complete and provider will make sure to have two caregivers when needed to be in ratio Source: OKDHS Child Care Locator program record.

Licensing observed one caregiver and all children are under the age of 5 Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: typed for provider: Assistant caregiver arrived and provider is now in ratio. Primary caregiver

Primary caregiver does not have a current PDL level of 4 or higher to meet large family qualifications Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: typed for provider: Provider will get in contact with CECPD and what she needs to do to get her PDL current.
