Licensing observed the fence was not in good repair and missing a large section of panels. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Primary caregiver stated that neighbor took fence down and has been working on it since previous weekend to fix it. Primary caregiver

Licensing documented primary caregiver not having a current PDL certificate Level 4 or higher during time of visit. PDL expired day of visit 4/13/26 and had not been submitted for renewal. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Primary caregiver stated she did submit PDL for renewal, but will make sure it did get submitted. Assistant caregiver

Licensing observed one assistant caregiver to have an expired PDL. Assistant caregiver did submit for renewal on 8/25/25 but does not have 12 clock hours of training required to renew PDL. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Primary caregiver will ensure assistant caregiver resubmits for PDL renewal once training has been submitted/uploaded to her CECPD account. Professional development requirements

Licensing observed one assistant caregiver to not have completed 12 clock hours of professional development annually. CECPD reported 0 hours of currently. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Primary caregiver stated she will contact CECPD to see when training will get added to assistant caregiver's account and will continue to check in to make sure it gets added. Assistant Caregiver has not maintained a current Level 1 or higher OPDL certificate. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: PDL has already been submitted. Just waiting for CECPD to approve.
