Safe-sleep training

Licensing observed an infant in care. Caregiver reported that she has completed safe sleep training. Licensing checked the registry and safe sleep training was not listed on the caregivers account. Licensing asked to see a copy of the training and caregiver could not find the training during the visit. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Caregiver reported that she has completed the training but could not find the certificate during the visit. The training was not listed on the registry. Cribs and playpens

Caregiver did not have sheet for playpen during the visit. Caregiver reported that she had one, but could not find it during the visit. Visit: Periodic / Full.
