Hazards

Licensing continues to see large nails outside the backyard- between the cement and dirt area (same location as last monitoring visit). Visit: Permit / Full. Plan to correct: Licensing typing for Primary Caregiver, Ms. Davis: Ms. Davis will remove the nails immediately when the children takes their nap.
