Fire extinguishers

Licensing could not verify fire extinguisher had been replaced or serviced at time of visit. Fire extinguisher needed replacing or servicing by 5/2/26. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Ms. Niermeier purchased a new fire extinguisher online at time of visit that will be delivered today. Assistant caregiver

Assistant Caregiver and Substitute did not have a current CPR/FA at time of visit. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Assistant caregiver was not present during visit to renew her CPR/FA. Primary caregiver will schedule for substitute to take a CPR/FA course so he will be certified. Primary caregiver will ensure CPR/FA certifications are current and renewed before expiration date for all personnel including assistants and substitutes.
