    Rest time

    Infants observed sleeping in separate room that was too dark to see their faces in the room. Sound machine was playing at a loud volumed, at which it would be hard to hear from another room. One infant was asleep in connecting bathroom with the door shut. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Typed for provider: I will keep the curtains open so that the room isn't so dark, replace the lightbulb in the lamp so that it is brighter, turn the sound machine down to a lower level so that children can be heard easier. We will keep the doors open between the rooms where children are sleeping to maintain supervision. Source: OKDHS Child Care Locator program record.
