Place to rest

One infant was in a play pen and one side was latched but bent an angle and not in good repair. The side was fully raised but the top bar was slanted at the latch area. Primary Caregiver was unable to fix this during this visit. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Primary Caregiver will not use this play pen until it is repaired. Crib, port-a-crib, and playpen safety features

There was a blanket being used as a sheet in one playpen. The infant was viewed to be under the blanket by Child Care Licensing worker and Primary Caregiver during visit. Visit: Periodic / Full.
