Home Environment - Animal waste was observed on a cot sheet, and under a baby crib that was being used. Complaint finding: Substantiated (complaint #19457). Plan to correct: Animal waste was quickly cleaned up and sanitized. I am not aware of animal waste on 1012,3 any cot sheets. It is possible that it is dirt from the children's feet.
