At the time of the inspection the back deck egress area and ramp were covered in snow and could not be used to evacuate, leaving there only 1 way on and out of the building. Local fire Marshall was contacted and staff cleared the egress area during the inspection. Local fire inspector came to the center to verify that the egress areas were clear during OOL's inspection. Violation abated. Regulation: Supplemental evacuation requirements are as follows: cribs, beds, playpens, and cots used for rest or sleep shall be arranged so as to provide access to a three-foot-wide aisle that leads to an unobstructed exit.
