Based on information, ensure that staff utilize positive methods of guidance and discipline. A named staff was physically aggressive with a named child, including swiping at his hand to prevent him from playing with a soap dispenser and sticking her foot out to stop the named child form running, causing him to stumble and fall. The named staff was visibly frustrated with the named child's behaviors and would physically redirect the named child's behaviors in an aggressive manner. Regulation: The methods of guidance and discipline used shall: be positive.
