Center has added 2 new mechanical ride on toys for the children. Please submit to OOL the manufacturers information to ensure that the equipment can be utilized by the children as it is a apparatus that requires resilient surfacing as well. The center also has a set of swings which currently does not look like the use zones are adequate for this piece of equipment. Currently the swing bucket seats were not accessible to the children, but documentation for this item will also have to be submitted. Center will have to have clearance form a certified playground inspector which demonstrates that the equipment is properly installed and meets the required playground codes. Regulation: Outdoor maintenance and sanitation requirements are as follows: the center shall comply with the Playground Safety Subcode of the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, as specified in N.J.A.C. 5:23-11.
