Ensure that rooms 5, 6 and 7 are set up as classrooms or they will be removed from the center's approved space. 11/18/2024 Rooms 5, 6 and 7 were filled with construction materials and unsafe for use by children. 12/9/2024 At the time of the inspection, access to Building 2 was unavailable for more than 20 minutes. Once accessed, there was a strong odor due to the waxed floors and the egress from Building 2 contained debris. During the inspection and via email, the director and sponsor rep. were informed Building 2 would be archived until safe for use by children. Regulation: Space and room requirements are as follows: all space and rooms within the center to be used by children shall be inspected and approved by the Office of Licensing prior to their use.
