   Evidence of violation: The kitchen/dining room areas where the children eat and food is prepared needs to be cleaned. The inside of the home needs cleaning and organization throughout main floor licensed space. Accessible alcohol in second office needs to be moved or stored securely and/or child door lock needs to be put on. Gun storage throughout the house needs to be secure. There are no guns on main licensed spaced areas. Remove clutter from exit doorway areas to be able to get out in an emergency. Garbage was removed on site and removal needs to be kept up with.    Evidence of violation: Upon arrival for the unannounced visit, Darcie was not present. Vicky, Darcie's mother in law, was dropping of child care kids at the childcare. Vicky is not fingerpinted but also isn't a staff member. She is a volunteer which needs to meet the same staff requirements when providing childcare. Method of correction: If Vicky will continue with providing care, she will need to complete a background check and all trainings required to be a staff member. There is no written agreement between parents and Darcie stating that Vicky will transporting children in her vehicle. No auto insurance for Vicky has been provided.    Evidence of violation: At time of the unannounced visit, children had access to a cage with foxes in it and other animals that are too young to be vaccinated. There was a box of soiled rabbit wood chips in the kitchen, that needed to moved outside. There was a kitten in a carrier that was dirty on the kitchen floor by where the children's eating table was. There was dog urine on the living room where the childcare kids had access to. In the basement, which is not childcare space, there was a fawn in which the childcare kids wanted to show the LS and CPS worker. There was also access for childcare kids to get to the bird cage and fox pen with the gate not latched. Method of correction: Keep childcare kids away from unvaccinated and unapproved pets. Pets' cages need to be kept clean at all times. Floors need to be sanitized if there is a pet accident. No animals should be present in the kitchen area when serving or preparing meals for childcare kids.
