Evidence of violation: staff member in a room alone( unsupervised) with 4 children between the ages of 12-18 months without a current CPR/FA certifications Method of correction: staff will take pediatric first aid class online or with instructor Fiscal sanction if not corrected: $15.00 per day. Evidence of violation: Child left the property, and police were called to locate child Method of correction: All staff will enroll in the 1,2,3 Eyes on Me : classroom Safety class. It is 4 hours in length. A plan will be put in place to prevent a child from leaving the property and submitted to licensing withing 24 hours This plan will be added to the staff handbook for staff to reference Time allowed for correction: Immediate.
