Evidence of violation: The basement is used by children and was messy; garbage on the floor and broken materials were present. No toy organization. The deck had a pile of cardboard, along with a full garbage can. The area under the deck needs to be closed off for storage or cleaned out so that children cannot get hurt on it. Method of correction: All spaces used for childcare need to be regularly cleaned.
