    Evidence of violation: During the concern visit it was found the infant room was out of ratio. There were 5 infants under 18 months with 1 staff member present. Method of correction: The operator shall ensure the child care center is sufficiently staffed at all times to meet required child-to-staff ratios for children in attendance. At no time may the number of children in care exceed the licensed capacity. For children less than eighteen months of age, the following requirements apply: -One staff member may care for up to four children (1:4 ratio; 0.25 in decimal form). -The maximum group size may not exceed ten children.
